Week 1
let’s talk
You send us your inquiry. We discuss your vision, needs, and possible house models that fit your business.
Week 2-3
offer & agreement
We prepare a detailed offer and finalize all details. Once you’re ready, we sign the contract and send the invoice for the down payment.
Week 4-6
design & approval
The final design gets confirmed. If you want a custom solution, we design the house to match your exact needs.
Week 7-14
production time
Your home goes into production at our factory. It’s built as a single module – fully finished. During this time, you prepare the site, foundations, and utilities.
Week 15-16
delivery & setup
We deliver the house with our installation team. On-site setup takes just 1–2 days including utility connections.
Week 17
ready to rent
You receive the keys and can start earning immediately from your new CrashBed unit.
